Class is back, baby!

Today was the first day of classes for the fall semester at good ol' CSUSM, and naturally I have some complaints:

1. All the girls look the same. I was descending some stairs on my way to a class and I came right into the path of about a dozen blond, skinny, short white girls all wearing huge sunglasses. I've got nothing against any of these traits by themselves, and I love the big sunglasses look, but how about some variety people? I don' t exactly have a great track record for picking up blond, skinny, short white chicks to begin with, so I certainly find it terrifying when that's all there is to pick from in this so-called cultural melting pot (my 8th grade U.S. history teacher referred to the ethnic makeup of the U.S. as a "cob salad," and I still don't know what the hell that is). Frankly, a dark-haired, full-bodied indie chick sounds pretty sweet right now. Make her Japanese and I'm set.

2. All the girls in my upper-division literature classes are older; some are even married and have families. The only class I have a chance of finding young, cute girls in is the class designed for teachers teaching literature and writing to elementary school students. What are the majority of those girls like? Can you guess? Blond, skinny, short, and white. I dunno about the big sunglasses thing cause we were inside a classroom.

3. Three is more of a question, really: Why is it that girls will occasionally offer sexual favors in return for something and act like it's no big deal, but then consider it perverted when a guy does likewise? Double standard, people. This is what's holding back the equality movement!
